Clynker, Your site still puzzles me since there is not much around in the way of timber. Maps show routes to water but it sure is interesting. I'm still going to get over there one of these days. Hope to see you in illinois one of these days.

The place puzzles me also. People ask me about my "woods" and I really don't know what to answer except that
there are 3 or 4 strips of trees leading from north to south. Other than the pond there is no waterway to speak
of except for 1/4 mile through town or 1/4 mile or so to the south. I know it is strange but I will keep on with
what I've got! That tree in the photo was standing up the day before.

Carol,
Bring any pictures you have when you come over in October. I'll try to bring the latest copy of "Bigfoot Woman". It's on itune's
now. I'm not sure you've heard it. Know you'll get a real kick out of it.

I'll try to remember to put stuff on the computer. It has been mayhem around here since we had a hail storm
on August 20th at 1am. We had 6" hail at first and it hailed steadily with 2" to 3" hail for a while. It broke
3 windshields, ruined the air conditioner on top my squatchmobile, dents on the north side of every vehicle and
2 4" or 5" holes in the fiberglass garage door to my shed! We had to put a whole new rubber roof on the big
RV along with vents and air conditioner covers. Thank heaven for insurance!

I have been out of commission for about a year and a half because of both knees being replaced
and spending a lot of time incapacitated.
About every 3 weeks I have heard a knocking on the back wall of the house, way up high. There
are no trees or bushes back there so I think my occasional visitor is wanting some more donuts!
It knocks 3 or 4 times always at night. I haven't been able to do a lot of walking in the woods
yet so I haven't looked for tracks or other tree bends yet.
