My research partner Bernie works for a security company up in Neosho in Newton County. It is a known fact amongst his coworkers and the company what he does for a hobby. He a couple weeks back was given a message from the regional office though his boss to call this fella that works at a different site in Neosho. A person that works nights in the Crowder Collage campus saw something in the dumpsters that scared him. He was doing his rounds and went into an area that wasn't really part of the normal routine and saw an open dumpster enclosure. This thing was standing going through the dumpster. At first he suspected it was a homeless person but as he walked closer apparently it heard him and stood up. He said the thing was huge, broad shoulders and fast as it came out of the enclosure around the back side and seemed to disappear.

Bernie got a few more details from him during the conversation with him. It was dark in color possibly dark brown. As it stood it was at least two foot higher than the dumpster and the enclosure. Wide shouldered and body. As well as super fast. He was at a loss of why it seemed to disappear once it go behind the enclosure. Bernie explained on how they seem to go into 4x4 mode at times and that made sense to him. This fella doesn't want to have an experience like that again. We have gotten third and fourth person reports of this area before, but this was the first time we've gotten to talk to the witness. Some of the third and fourth person stories have been of missing deer during hunting, odd vocals, possible sightings from tree stands, being scared out of the woods, paralleling behavior, even going back to the days where is was a military base. This area is on the outskirts of an industrial complex and surrounded by thick and dispersed woods where there is plenty cover, wildlife, water, and apparently human waste is available. Hopefully if any other guards in the area have encounters we'll hear about them.

Bernie was informed yesterday that the witness had a second run in with the critter. He was within 15-20 foot of it this time and was screamed at. Whether it was the same location of the campus or not we don't know. This scared him to the point that he resigned his position and left the company. This happened last week. Bernie is going to try and get his contact information so we can get a hold of him not only to get some more details but more importantly help the fella come to terms with what he experienced and hopefully help him to deal with his emotions with the event.

About a mile from the Crowder Campus is a warehouse where a security guard was spooked by the sounds of something hitting the container trailers in the storage area. Bernie arrived to relieve the guy at shift change where the guard let him know what was going on and was visually shaken. As he was telling Bernie about it, there was two loud smacks on a container again. They took Bernie's car to that end of the lot and used the car headlights to look around. Nothing was seen. After returning to the guard shack there were 3 more smacks on a container. After daylight, Bernie returned to the area and found a chuck of fence that surrounds the lot was pushed down. No tracks were found do to it being a parking lot. This incident occurred the last week of February.
