With over 1,600 people in attendance, the Honobia Bigfoot Conference 2009 was deemed a major success with a wide range of speakers giving great presentations along with the MABRC and TexLa Research presenting workshops on the first day.

Speakers included Dr. Meldrum, Thom Powell, Scott Nelson, Cullan Hudson, Chris Foreman, Scott Charlson, David Paulides, Harvey Pratt and Mike Hall.  Scott Nelson received a standing ovation for his work on the Sierra Sounds and his translation work on what could very well be a language of the Sasquatch.

Thom Powell had the audience rolling in laughter at his hilarious, but very informative presentation, and Thom spent the entire time in Honobia up on the ridgeline with the MABRC, enjoying every minute of time in the field researching.

Dr. Meldrum as always, had the crowd glued to their seats with two very impressive presentations on each day of the conference.  Although recovering from the flu, Dr. Meldrum was a real trooper and gave the presentations without hesitation.

Scott Nelson also came up to the MABRC base camp with John Morley, and along with Driveroperator, went out on some of the numerous trails and tried out vocalizations to see if a response could be heard.

Overall, it was a great conference, with great speakers and an even greater audience.
